If you would like to submit multiple nominations you will need to submit a form for each nomination. However, once your information is inputted into the fields you can duplicate your browser page (before you submit) and it should auto populate your information for you to make things a little easier.
We are no longer accepting submission for The 2021 SSIMAs. We hope to see you virtually at the show Saturday June 12th.
